(NCPOP) dba My Health by Health Providers intends to bring its Medicaid Managed Care expertise to North Carolina’s most vulnerable populations by creating a statewide PHP. My Health by Health Providers will work toward improving access, quality and cost effectiveness of healthcare for the North Carolina’s Medicaid population.
My Health by Health Providers is preparing for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit bids to provide Medicaid services. By signing below, the practitioner/practice is expressing interest in participating as a provider of health care services for My Health by Health Providers. Contractual requirements including specific language and reimbursement rates will be provided at a later date when released by NCDHHS. Signing this Letter of Intent does not obligate the practitioner/practice to sign a contract.
