My Health by My Providers is a new health plan initially formed to pursue a managed Medicaid contract with the State of North Carolina as it transitions from fee- for-service to a managed care model. The Plan is also positioned to expand its offerings into other product lines and pursue additional business opportunities including employer partnerships, wellness programs and other related offerings.
